So if you know me pretty well, you know that I am absolutely obsessed with food. I simply just love it so much and don't think that I will ever get enough of it! I'm that person that complains about being full and then taking another bite haha. Because of my obsession I really like to read articles or see videos like "What I ate Wednesday" and "What I eat in a day". So I thought it would be nice to share with you what I ate!
I started my day with coffee, which I do everyday, and two small pieces of whole wheat toast. One topped with a special Dutch sausage for bread (it is super jummy) and the other with cheese and cucumber.
I don't really eat snacks in the morning, I prefer having an earlier lunch instead. Today I had a salad that consisted out of chicory, apple, spring onions, walnuts, raisins, olive oil and balsamic syrup. I also added a little bit of smoked salmon. :)
After the salad I drank half a liter of green tea.
In the afternoon I toasted another piece of bread and topped it with peanut butter and raspberry jelly! <3 Then I drank a raw lemonade with water, lemon, cucumber, mint and agave of the supermarket Albert Heijn. I had to get used to the taste but it is really delicious and healthy!
I cooked dinner for the whole family! I made a vegetarian pasta with creamy spinach sauce (if you want a recipe let me now) cause my little sister doesn't eat meat. Super easy but delicious at the same time!
After another cup of green tea I ate a little piece of chocolate of the brand Hands off my chocolate. The taste is so amazing! Crunchy, chocolaty, salty❤️Maybe a new fav!
