Ages ago I wrote an article about certain ways I like to distress and I thought that it was good idea to share some more! I've been stressing a lot lately for school and the three methods I'm going to mention really helped me relax.
Officially, I'm on a autumn break this week from college but it certainly does not earn that name. In a few weeks I have to take some exams, so I'm studying my ass of this week while also writing two essays...oh yeah and I also need to go to work. I used to get super stressed when I was facing exams. And to be honest I still do sometimes, but now I know how to deal with it instead of overstressing and end up crying...

School has started again and I am not going to lie, it is pretty hard to get back on track. With that I mean to hustle as hard as I did last year, but I think I'm slowly getting there. At least I hope so...
